On Friday 18th July, Studley Green School in Trowbridge received 20 illustrated Usborne Dictionaries from members of the Rotary Club of Wessex Mead.
President Julia and fellow members Bryony and Louise visited the school to hand over the dictionaries at their morning assembly.
The books, which were donated as part of a national literacy campaign, will be used to help in lessons.
Two other schools, Bellefield and Longmeadow will be receiving their dictionaries soon.
The club is delighted to donate these dictionaries to 3 local schools. Our aim is to provide books to every primary school in the Trowbridge area in the next few years.
