This is a unique chance to come and sample the winning menu from the Wessex Mead Young Chef competition held in June. The winner, Abbie, will be cooking her winning menu, with help from the Chef at Red or White, to paying guests. The menu was: Salmon fillet with a lemon & dill sauce, served with steamed baby vegetables, followed by a Cappuccino Cup & almond biscuit. for just £10.50 |
